Email Masters Privacy Policy

Effective October 11, 2026 (updated October 11, 2026)

Email Masters is an app published by Diavallan Fearon (AppGod / Builders Music), Ontario, Canada. This policy explains what data Email Masters handles and how.

The short version

Email Masters does not sell or share your data, and has no user accounts, analytics, advertising or crash reporting. Your contacts stay on your device. The only time data leaves your device is when you send email: the message goes through our sending server, which passes it to Gmail and keeps no copy.

What stays on your device

Contacts, email addresses, profiles, categories, the holding area, message drafts and your settings (including any email app password you enter, stored in the device's secure keychain/keystore). This data is kept inside the app on your device and is not otherwise sent to us or to any third party. Your device's own backup system (for example iCloud or Google device backup, if turned on) may include app data under that provider's terms; Email Masters does not control or read those backups.

Device features Email Masters uses

How sending works

Email Masters sends email through a relay server operated by Builders Music at reggae-square.com. When you tap Send, the app sends the following to that server over an encrypted HTTPS connection:

The server uses this information only to sign in to Gmail and hand your message to Gmail for delivery, which then happens under Google's terms. It does not save your messages, recipients or app password to disk or to any database, and does not write them to its application logs. The only thing it keeps is a temporary count of how many emails each Gmail address has sent in the current hour, held in memory to enforce a limit of 20 per hour; it is reset every hour and erased whenever the server restarts.

Only the Email Masters app can use the relay: each request must carry the app's key, and requests are rate-limited per IP address. Like most web servers, the server keeps a short log of each request: the time, IP address, requested address and app/browser type, plus, if a send fails, a short error code from Gmail. The log never contains recipients, message content or passwords. These logs are deleted automatically after 14 days.

You can revoke the app password at any time in your Google Account's security settings.

Children

Email Masters does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13 — it does not keep personal information on its servers.

Deleting your data

Because we hold no copy of your data, we cannot recover it for you and there is nothing for us to delete on our side.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
